Privacy Policy 

Any personal information that you submit will be protected by our secure server.

We might, on occasions, use this information to notify you of any important changes to our site or any special promotions that may be of interest to you. However, Echo Clothing Pty Ltd will not sell or trade your personal information to any third party organisations or individuals without your consent, other than third party suppliers in the delivery of services you have agreed to accept from Echo Clothing Pty Ltd or if we are requested to do so by a law enforcement agency in relation to a suspected breach of any law.

Domestic Refunds & Returns

If the item is not what you expected or the wrong fit you can send it back unworn with proof of purchase and garment with all tags attached within two weeks from purchase date. We do not offer refunds however Echo Clothing will grant a credit for the amount of your purchase to Echo Clothing online or an item exchange once the garment/s have been received back to us.  

We offer FREE RETURN SHIPPING on any damaged goods purchased within Australia.

We do not offer exchanges on International purchases.

No exchange or refunds on sale items

Store credits are valid for 3 months  

If there is an issue with your purchased item please contact our Head Office at office@echoclothing.com.au and we will endeavour to get back to you ASAP.

Domestic Shipping Policy

We offer a $12 flat rate postage fee for all Australia Wide Postage

Once payment has been received, all items will be posted within 1-2 working days.

All items will be posted via registered post. If you are residing within Western Australia you should expect to receive your item within 3-5 days of placing your order.

All other areas of Australia should expect 5-7 working days to receive your order from time of confirmation.

International Shipping Policy

We offer a $15 flat rate postage fee for shipping via Express Air with Australia Post to the following countries:

China                                     Please allow 14 Business Days

New Zealand                        Please allow 10 Business Days

UK                                         Please allow 10 Business Days

USA                                       Please allow 10 Business Days

Once payment has been received, all items will be posted within 1-2 working days.

We will send you an email confirmation once your product has been dispatched.

All prices shown on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and all international orders are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD$).

The total amount that you will see on your bank statement will be charged at the exchange rate determined by your bank or financial institution at the time of transaction. The exchange rate is determined by international credit card providers or banks, who may add an additional processing or administration charge. The international credit card holder is liable for this.

Any additional charges that are incurred for local taxes, customs and/or duties incurred once the product reaches your country are not included in the price shown at the checkout section of this website and are the responsibility of the person taking delivery of the product.

International shipping is a a new & growing part of our business and we will continue to review other countries. If your country is not listed please let us know as we still may be able to assist you.

International Purchase Return Policy

We do not offer exchanges on International purchases.

There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return. The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can return the item(s) via post to our online store within 28 days from the tracked date of delivery. Return postage costs will be at your expense, if the item(s) you wish to return is faulty or not as ordered, please contact office@echoclothing.com.au or call +61 08 9751 5562 before posting your return.

We want to ensure you love the item's your purchase. If you have changed your mind on a purchase or ordered the wrong item we will refund the purchase price of the item, provided that:

- You return the item within 28 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery.

- You bear the cost of returning the item.

- You produce your original Echo Clothing receipt when you return th site,

- The item is in original sealable condition with all original tags in an unworn, unopened & unused state

- Any sewn labels are still attached

- You return the item in the manner specific by Echo Clothing

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Echo Clothing reserves the right to refuse to offer a refund on change of mind items.
